Snake vs. Zombie?

Grasshopper (responsible for Killer 7) holds a game conference called “Hoppers Vol. 2″ on April 14th 2007. Following guests will attend at the event:

- Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear) of Konami
- Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil) of Seeds
- Fumito Ueda (Ico, Shadow of the Colossus) of Sony
- Hifumi Kono (Steel Battalion) of Capcom
- Keiichiro Toyama (Siren, Siren 2) of Sony

The conference is entitled “Snake vs. Zombie” while Snake stands for the Metal Gear Solid series and Zombie for (you guessed it) Resident Evil.
Hideo Kojima recently unveiled to “EDGE” that he would love to make a zombie game that plays in a huge online city with half of the inhabitants being zombies.

“Hoppers Vol. 2″ hints at a possible colaboration between Shinji Mikami or Grasshopper. An artwork promoting the meeting was shown at the Game Developers Conference.

 
While this most likely has nothing to do with Capcom and/or any upcoming Resident Evil game, a game produced by Mikami and Kojima surely could be promising.
