PSP Breakdown: February 2008

February 5th:

Downstream Panic!- Try to bring the creatures of the ocean back home. Action-Adventure

February 12th:

Chessmaster: The Art of Learning- The classic series gets the PSP treatment. Puzzle

Dungeon Explorer: Warrior of the Ancient Arts- Battle the hordes of evil with a variety of powers. RPG

Wipeout Pulse- The popular racing franchise returns with all new features. Racing

February 18th:

Need for Speed: Pro Street- Design your own car and race it on one of many courses. Racing

February 26th:

Blokus Portable: Steambot Championship- Based on the popular boards games. Action

Patapon- A 2d platformer with a stylistic look. Action-Adventure

World Championship Cards- A variety of classic card games. Puzzle

My 2 Cents (or whatever they’re worth): Not a bad month for PSP owners, especially considering the lack of recent software. There really is a game for everyone here. Action lovers should scope out Patapon or Blokus. Those who love puzzle games have decent offerings in both Chessmaster and Championship Cards. Racing enthusiasts also get two nice additions to the library. Lets hope the software drought is over.
