Extra Islands will be free in Burnout Paradise
Criterion Games Creative Director Alex Ward posted a short comment to the game’s forums saying that the upcoming downloadable islands “will all be FREE.”
Islands would be small additional type of Maps added to expand the games area. As there’s very little scope to expand space, the game devs have come upon a concept of Islands to bring more fun to the game !
