14Kb JavaScript based Mario Game

The author of the blog nihilogic has released a JavaScript version of Mario which weighs in at only 14kb. The Game is Confined to only one JavaScript file. The Guy has done a very good job. No External image is used and even MIDI music is embedded ,though it does not seem to work in either IE 6 or 7 and has few glitches in Opera ,Firefox and Safari.

Few things are missing though, there are no mushrooms and there is only one incomplete level and the most important thing. I played the MIDI Music version of this game and the music did not work for me (I am using the latest version of Firefox) and the biggest setback, if you die once refresh the page and start playing the game once again. Also the game has been compressed with YUI Compressor and then only it weighs in 14kb,the uncompressed version weighs 35Kb.There were no performance issue for me like the game slowing down or anything in either Opera or Firefox but the author said that Safari does gets a performance boost thanks to the latest WebKit.
